Here’s a very brief practice for bringing youth and health into our bodies.  We’re to do it daily.  It’s just a minute and a half – easy-peasy.

The mental practice of imbuing yourself with youth and health, and seeing the light of youth and health entering your body and going through your entire body, and exiting out your toes and fingers.  It’s a wonderful process for everybody.  All of you should be using this every day:  to just sit for a moment as you are even doing your breath practice, and to see the pink/yellow/white light come into the body through the crown, and diffuse itself throughout the body, and then go out in the beautiful white, yellow and pink light out of the toes and the fingers – for one minute, every single day.

That will bring more youthfulness and more health into all areas.  Because you see it diffuse throughout all the organs of the system, the blood vessels, the tissue, everything.  You see it fill your body with health and vitality.  And then go out, leaving you tingling.

So all of you should be practicing this every day.  One minute is all it takes. Every day.  Make a practice to remind each other to do this every single day.  One minute.  And you will begin to feel more alive, and more enthused, and more motivated, and more able to be physical.  So be it.
